About Motive Leadership & Wellbeing

Strengthening leadership capability to support the effective management of psychosocial risk

Motive Leadership & Wellbeing partners with organisations to strengthen leadership capability and support organisations in managing psychosocial risk—contributing to the development of high-performing, psychologically safe workplace cultures.

We focus on the behavioural drivers that shape how leaders think, respond, and perform under pressure—supporting clearer decision-making, more consistent leadership, and more effective workplace practices.

Partnering to support healthier, safer, and more resilient workplace environments.

What Drives Our Work

Leadership challenges are rarely caused by a lack of skill.

They are shaped by how leaders think, respond, and behave—especially under pressure.

In today’s workplaces, organisations are navigating increasing complexity, rising expectations, and a growing focus on psychosocial safety.

Many organisations attempt to address these challenges through training, policies, or surface-level solutions.

But under pressure, people do not default to what they know—
they default to underlying patterns and behavioural drivers.

This is where many leadership approaches fall short—
and where our work focuses.

The HOW

Workshops and training apply the 'How' - supporting leaders and teams to build capability to manage pressure, communicate effectively, and support the management of psychosocial risk within the workplace.
