Is leadership coaching a substitute for counselling or therapy?
No. Coaching is focused on workplace performance and leadership development. It is not a substitute for counselling, mental health treatment, or medical advice.

Is psychosocial risk management a legal requirement in Australia?
Yes. Under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 and the Managing Psychosocial Hazards at Work Code of Practice 2023, organisations are required to identify, assess, and manage psychosocial hazards as part of their workplace health and safety obligations.
What is psychosocial risk in the workplace?
